Three days after Joe Biden’s bizarre video goes viral, we still don’t know what he said.
There is a lot of background noise in the video. Sounds like a helicopter or something, which could be why Biden yelled at the reporter. But the noise is so loud, you still cannot make out what Biden said.
It sounds like “My butt’s been waxed” or “My butt’s been wiped.”
Not sure why the President would say such a thing in that moment. The reporter is asking him about immigration and citizenship.
Once again, he comes across like he’s not all there.
